Richard Fouke is an industry speaker and has been featured in web-casts with technology industry leaders such as the SANS Institute. He frequently speaks to groups of industry professionals as well as students in secondary and post secondary institutions.

He has received multiple awards from the US Department of Energy as well as the US Marine Corp and the Frederick County Business and Economic Development Office. These accolades were awarded for exceptional performance and sacrifice for the missions. Through Richard’s leadership Antietam Technologies was recently recognized as Frederick County Maryland Small Business of the Year.

As an active civic and business community member, Richard has served and continues to serve on many community and industry boards and councils. Richard currently sits on the Advisory Board for Washington County Technical High School, Technical Advisory Board for Kaplan University, Technical Advisory Board for Hagerstown Community College and the Technical Advisory Board for Blue Ridge Technical College.

In addition, Richard is a member of the Entrepreneur Support Network, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Brunswick Chamber of Commerce and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

Richard started his career in the US Marine Corp. After his honorable discharge, he held several technical and executive positions in the Hagerstown, Frederick, and Montgomery County areas of Maryland.  Richard’s professional background and expertise provided the foundation to launch Antietam Technologies in 2004. Antietam Technologies has since matured into a full service information and risk management company.  Specializing in information assurance, digital forensics, incident response and information risk management as well as a myriad of other cyber security-centric activities in the commercial and federal sectors.



SEAN MCVEY, Chief Information Security Officer

Sean brings over ten years of digital forensics experience to Antietam Technologies. As a CISSP and EnCase Certified Forensic Examiner (EnCE), he has been accepted as an industry expert by the Montgomery County Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. In addition to CISSP and EnCE, he is a AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE) and AccessData Mobile Examiner (AME).

Sean graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Information Technology and a M.S. in Cyber Security from Utica College. He is an active member of the following organizations: High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), International Association of Computer Investigative Specialist (IACIS) and InfraGard. In addition, Sean is a licensed and bonded private investigator in the State of New York. He was drawn to the Maryland/DC Metro area for the high-tech job market and highly regarded schools.

Sean’s true passion is solving technical puzzles and developing solutions to client problems. For him, each day is a new investigation, challenge and/or opportunity to learn. He feels fulfilled and rewarded when he can help a customer and they can walk away happy. He values that Antietam Technologies works at the cutting edge of cyber security and affords him the opportunity to learn something new almost every day.


With a Bachelors of Science in Digital Forensics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Jennifer Shacreaw focuses intently on translating technical terminology into comprehensive information so each respective client can better understand the issues at hand. Jennifer has been working as a Forensic Analyst for several years. Her problem solving passion leaves no puzzle undone. Developing different solutions until she can find the correct one helps create an individual relationship with each client.

When she’s not learning the backstories of the client’s and their company, she’s watching baseball, hiking, spending time with family and growing with Antietam Technologies.
