Richard Fouke III

Richard Fouke is an industry speaker and has been featured in web-casts with technology industry leaders such as the SANS Institute. He frequently speaks to groups of industry professionals as well as students in secondary and post secondary institutions.

He has received multiple awards from the US Department of Energy as well as the US Marine Corp and the Frederick County Business and Economic Development Office. These accolades were awarded for exceptional performance and sacrifice for the missions. Through Richard’s leadership Antietam Technologies was recently recognized as Frederick County Maryland Small Business of the Year.

As an active civic and business community member, Richard has served and continues to serve on many community and industry boards and councils. Richard currently sits on the Advisory Board for Washington County Technical High School, Technical Advisory Board for Kaplan University, Technical Advisory Board for Hagerstown Community College and the Technical Advisory Board for Blue Ridge Technical College.

In addition, Richard is a member of the Entrepreneur Support Network, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Brunswick Chamber of Commerce and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

Richard started his career in the US Marine Corp. After his honorable discharge, he held several technical and executive positions in the Hagerstown, Frederick, and Montgomery County areas of Maryland.  Richard’s professional background and expertise provided the foundation to launch Antietam Technologies in 2004. Antietam Technologies has since matured into a full service information and risk management company.  Specializing in information assurance, digital forensics, incident response and information risk management as well as a myriad of other cyber security-centric activities in the commercial and federal sectors.
